Cancellations

  • We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund.
  • Note: Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. It must be in the original packaging.
  3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Use a trackable courier service to send the return.
  3. Once received, we will process your return within 3-5 business days and email a confirmation.

Note: If the return is caused by customer preference (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If the return is due to an issue caused by us (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the shipping costs.

Exclusions

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • No restocking fees are charged for product returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification of approval or rejection.

  • Approved Refunds: A credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the confirmation email:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing may take some time.
